After-School Clubs -Session 3

We're excited to announce details for our upcoming After-school clubs program for Session 3. Please read on to learn about registration, schedules, and other essential information.

• Event: Session 3 of the After-school clubs program.
• Dates:  (Please note that this session will be in two parts)
• PYP School : (8 Weeks )
  • Part 1: Feb 12- March 7 (4 Weeks).
  • Part 2: April 15 - May 9 (4 Weeks).
• MS/HS School:  (8 Weeks )
  • Part 1: Feb 12- Feb. 21 (2 Weeks) 
  • Part 2: April 15 - May 22 (6 Weeks) 
• Registration: Parents must complete the Online Google Form.

• About our clubs’ Times and Agreements: 
  • Club Timing: Clubs operate from 2:55 pm to 3:45 pm.
  • Pick-Up Times: Students should be collected by 3:45 pm.
  • Monday Clubs: For Primary School Students.
  • Wednesday Clubs: For Middle and High School Students.
  • Supervisors: Clubs are led or supervised by IPS homeroom teachers.
  • Fees: Some clubs may have fees for materials.
  • Limitations: Clubs have limited slots and will close automatically when maximum capacity is reached.
  • Fee Payments: Due by Feb. 12, 2024
• Payment Method: Payments should be sent with students to be given to the homeroom teacher.

Important Notes: 

• Students will be allowed to change clubs only during the Drop/Add period which is the first two weeks of the session:  Feb 12, 2024 - Feb. 22, 2024 
  • Clubs will not be counted as an extracurricular activity in the report card if a student misses more than two periods per session.  

Both students and teachers are excited to get started with our third and last session for this Academic year. We appreciate your cooperation and support in making this a successful year of afterschool activities for the students.
