Summary

Work team members in various departments troubleshoot technology issues. Maintains computer equipment and keeps equipment updated. Enforces policies to promote data security. Trains other employees how to remedy basic computer technical issues.

Job Duties

1. Installs and configures system hardware and software
2. Provides technical support to all end-users within the organization
3. Monitors, updates and resolves tech requests
4. Performs routine maintenance of all computer systems and other tech related equipment to ensure efficient operations
5. Recommends computer products and applications to improve productivity
6. Educates users on procedures for resolving or preventing recurrence of technical problems
7. Prepare and present reports to update management on IT support operations
8. Coordinates and collaborates with the IT Team
9. Manage inventory 
10. Collaborate with IT team to document all IT process and procedures
11. Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Knowledge

1. DiplomaBachelor degree in IT
2. Knowledge and experience with general information technology
