Summary

Manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.

Job Duties

  1. Manage the serves and other network equipment (cyberoam)
  2. Update active directory for all staff and students and applications
  3. Provides technology support for Admin plus, Fiancs, Gradebook and all other applications used by staff
  4. Manage google dashboard for all users (Staff & Students)
  5. Facilitate purchases for all IT related requirements
  6. Provides support for all technology related issues to all staff and students
  7. Monitor and analyses network usage
  8. Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters
  9. Ensures security of data, network access, and or backup systems
  10. Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve and update systems and software
  11. Conduct regular system audit and checks on network and security
  12. Runs and shares regular operation system reports  with senior admin
  13. Oversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, software upgrades, data migration and system outages
  14. Manages Google Suite for Education domain
  15. Interacts with all users on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner
  16. Ensures that all school technology assets are maintained responsibly and maintains an inventory of all these assets
  17. Provides direction for IT team members, reviews status reports of team members and addresses issues appropriately
  18. Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Knowledge

  1. Bachelor degree (minimum) and certification (desired) in related field
  2. Knowledge and experience with  general information technology

  4. Independent working habits
