Other Fees:
- Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable fee of 2,000 SAR (excluding VAT) is required to complete the admission process. This applies to all new students. The seat remains open for others until the fee is paid. Enrollment fees can be used within the same academic year if a student decides to re-enroll for the second term.
- Re-enrollment Deposit or Seat Reservation Fee: A non-refundable deposit of 2,500 SAR (excluding VAT) is required at the time of re-enrollment. The deposit fee ensures you have a seat for the next academic year and is included in the tuition fees. It's deducted from the first semester's fees for the following academic year.
Tuition Fee Payment Instructions:
- Tuition fee invoices will be issued before the start of the academic year.
- Parents are allowed to pay the annual tuition fees in two installments, distributed throughout the year, with each installment due no later than 30 days before the start of each academic term.The fees can be issued as a single invoice for the entire year if requested by parents.
- If the first installment of the tuition fees is not paid before the first Falcons' nest day for students, the Falcons' nest will send a reminder email to pay the installments. If there is no immediate response to the payment process,the Falcons' nest's financial policies grant the right not to include the student's name in the class list, and the student will not be allowed to attend Falcons' nest regardless of paying the advance deposit.
- The responsibility of paying the fees and any other additional services lies directly on the parent, regardless of any agreement they may have with a third party concerning the payment of these fees.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer.
- Families wishing to enroll their child in the after-care program, which runs from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, must complete registration and payment in advance for the selected term.If payment for the after-care program is not received before the beginning of the program, the student will not be permitted to stay in the after-care program until the outstanding balance is cleared.
