Dear Parents,
Due to construction work entirely beyond our control, partial road closure is expected to begin on Sunday, April 27, 2025, next to Gate 1 for at least one month. In light of this, and to ensure the safety of our students and the entire school community, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following important measures (please see this map to further understand the changes):
1. Early Arrival Recommended: We strongly encourage all families and staff to arrive earlier than usual to avoid delays caused by restricted road access. Supervision will be available from 06:45 as follows:
2. Late Arrivals: Our Administration team will also be flexible with late arrivals with no student to be marked late until after 8:00 am.
3. Further Information:
Gate 1 – Limited Access: Gate 1 will be open from 6:40 am to 7:10 am. After that time we will have to close Gate 1 to all traffic to keep the single lane clear. [Please note that the central reservation will be closed opposite Gate 1 and no dropping off or collection can take place on the opposite side of the road].
Gate 2 – No Changes to Current Procedures: Access and procedures at Gate 2 will remain unchanged. Parents and staff using this gate may continue following the same entry and exit routines currently in place.
Gate 3 – Drop-off and Temporary Parking: The road will remain open to allow for safe student drop-off at Gate 3, after which vehicles should promptly exit the area to maintain traffic flow. The area leading to Gate 3 will be designated for a limited number of parking spaces.
Gate 1, 2 and 3 will all be open as usual at the end of the school day for collection, but pick up from Gate 1 is dissuaded due to the expected congestion.
Finally, we ask for full cooperation with our security personnel, they are there to manage traffic and ensure everyone’s safety.

Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Stu Studios to provide professional photography services at the school from April 27 to May 1. During this period, all students will have their photos taken with the following options available:
Portrait 3/4 Photo
Class Print photo (optional, based on parents’ request)
During the photo session, our photographer will distribute access cards to students and teachers, allowing them to log in online once the photos are published and conveniently view and purchase them.
