Announcement 01:  IPS Students' School Photo Session with Stu Studios

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Stu Studios to provide professional photography services at the school from February 1-5, 2026.

During this period, all students will have their photos taken with the following options available:

Class Print photo (optional, based on parents’ request)

During the photo session, our photographer will distribute access cards to students and teachers, allowing them to log in online once the photos are published and conveniently view and purchase them.

Photo Purchase and Delivery Process:

  • Parents will have a 10-day window after the photo sessions to place their orders and benefit from the free school delivery option.
  • After this period, photos will be available for digital purchase only, except for class group photos, which will not be available in digital format to protect students' privacy.
  • Due to high shipping costs, we cannot send photos to parents individually. Instead, all orders will be shipped to the school in bulk, and parents can collect their photos from [responsible department name].
  • We are excited to offer this service, which will provide students and parents with a wonderful opportunity to capture and cherish lasting memories from this academic year.

Important Notes:

  • Photo sessions will take place during school hours according to the schedule above.
  • Students must wear their official school uniform on their designated photo day.
  • Please note that photographers may request different poses from your child, some smiling with the teeth, some without, to offer multiple options to you, and if your child wears glasses, they may ask them to take them off for a photo. (This is purely for editing reasons if there is a glare from the glasses).
  • After the shoot, your child will bring home a Password Card, which has a unique code for your child on it. The card contains instructions of how to access your child’s photos. When creating an account, please be advised to only use one email address, and not to create multiple accounts.
  • Once the photos are ready, parents will be notified through email that the photos are ready for viewing and purchase.
  • Once you have created an account and added your child’s unique code, you will not need the unique code again, as your child will be linked to your account.
  • Please let us know if the photos of your child can be added to the class photos. If you do not authorize their pictures to be there, kindly inform us ahead of time.

For any inquiries, please contact Stu Studios.

Best regards,

IPS Administration
