Dear IPS Parents & Guardians,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to our Parent-Teacher Conference (Term 3). 

• Date: Monday, April 21st, 2025
• Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Vision: To enhance communication and understanding between parents and teachers, with the goal of ensuring the continued progress and collective success of our students.
• Location: IPS Campus - Individual Teachers' Classrooms.
• Deadline for Registration: 20th, 2025, 2:00 p.m.

Important Notes:

• Length of Sessions: 10-minute slots for each Parent-Teacher meeting.
• Primary School: Grade KG-G5 students: You will receive an email directly from your child’s Homeroom Teacher about the student-led conferences. Please contact the Teacher with any questions.
• Secondary School: Grade 6 - 12 Students: No students will attend school on this day, and this will provide them with a chance to review their academic work and rejuvenate their minds.

  • Toddlers : From 7:30 to 09:50 a.m.
  • Pre K- A : From 7:30 to 9:40 a.m.
  • Pre K- B : From 10:00 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.          
• Vision: To enhance communication and understanding between parents and teachers, with the goal of ensuring the continued progress and collective success of our students.
• Location: IPS Campus - Building A 2nd floor - Room A331 and A329
• Deadline for Registration: April 15th, 2025, 2:00 p.m.

Important Notes:

• Length of Sessions: 10-minute slots for each Parent-Teacher meeting.
• Students’ attendance: The nursery will be working normally between 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Announcement 03: Session 3 After-School Clubs Registration Now Open 

Dear IPS Families,

Dear IPS Families,

We are excited to inform you that the registration for Session 3 After-School Clubs is now open!

To view the list of available clubs and select the activity you wish to register your child for, please visit the IPS website using the following link:

Kindly keep in mind the following:

• One Club per Day: Each child may register for one club per day only.
• Age-Appropriate Clubs: Please ensure you register your child in a club that matches their correct age category.
• Club Timings: Clubs will run from 2:55 PM to 3:50 PM. All students must be collected by 4:00 PM from Gate 1.
• Club Registration: Some clubs will run this week to allow more students to register. However, clubs with low registration will be canceled, and you will be informed if your child is affected by this.
• Registration Deadline: Registration for open clubs will remain available until April 15, 2025.
• Payment for Paid Clubs: If your child is registered in a paid club, please ensure they bring the exact registration fee on the first session to be handed to the club instructor.
• Behaviour & Conduct: Please note that IPS behaviour and code of conduct apply to all after-school clubs.
• Sports Clubs: Students attending sports clubs are expected to wear their PE uniform on the day of the club.
• Final Club Sessions: The final club session for the Primary School will be on May 19, 2025, and for the Secondary School, it will be on May 21, 2025.

We encourage you to register promptly, as spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Announcement 04:  IPS Book Fair 2025 

Dear Parents, 

We are excited to announce the arrival of the Book Fair, scheduled from April 20th to April 24th. We warmly invite the entire IPS students to join this enriching event, where you will discover 

a wide variety of books for all reading levels. There will be something for everyone to explore, learn, and enjoy.
