After-School Clubs Session 1 Registration Information
The IPS team are thrilled to start this exciting journey with you and your children and wish you all the best for a fantastic year ahead.

We’re also excited to introduce our After-School Clubs for Term 1, offering a wide range of activities for your children to enjoy. Below are the key details you need to know:

Event Details: 

  • After-School Club Days
    • Primary School: Mondays
    • Secondary School: Wednesdays (except the Newspaper and CAS Piano Clubs, which will run on Mondays)
  • Start Date
    • Monday 30th of September (Primary)
    • Wednesday 2nd of October (Secondary)
  • Timings: All clubs will run from 2:55 pm to 3:50 pm.
  • Clubs Registration
    • Club registration must be completed through the IPS website - Link.
    • Opens: on Thursday 19th of September 2024.
    • First-Come, First-Served: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. This includes completing the payment for paid clubs.
    • Payment: The club instructor will collect payment during the first session (Paid clubs only)
    • Deadline: Registration will remain open until Thursday, 3rd of October (This allows students to have a trial session before we finalize the club name lists).
    • Swap/Withdraw: During the first week, students are free to swap or withdraw from clubs. Please note, students cannot attend a club if they register for it on the same day. For withdrawal, please send an email to the email address provided below.

Safety and Operational Information

  • Dismissal: All students will be dismissed from Gate  1 Only. 
  • Pick-Up Times: Students must be picked up at 3:50 pm sharp. No supervision is available beyond the club time. Kindly ensure transportation arrangements are made in advance as the office closes at 4:00 pm.
  • Siblings: We do not offer sibling supervision. If a sibling is not enrolled in a club, they must leave school at the regular dismissal time.

Join Us for Our First Spirit Day: Decades Day!

 We have exciting news: Spirit Week is transforming into Spirit Day! Instead of celebrating just once a year, we’ll now have monthly Spirit Days on the last Thursday.

What is Spirit Day?

  • Spirit Day is an opportunity for students to showcase their school pride by dressing up according to a specific theme.
  • new theme will be announced each month for students to enjoy and participate in.

When is the First Spirit Day?

  • Date: Thursday, September 26th, 2024
  • Theme: Decades Day
    • Whether you want to embrace the '80s, channel the '70s, or take it back to the roaring '20s, we’re excited to see how creative you can get with your outfits!

Let’s make this new tradition one to remember!

Announcement 03

NHS - BCA Shirt Designing Competition
As we approach the month of October we are beginning our annual Breast Cancer Awareness events. For our first event we are excited to announce a shirt designing competition in which you will have the opportunity to submit your breast cancer related shirt designs. 
One winning design will be featured on the shirts NHS will sell to raise awareness for breast cancer. Not only will your design be selected and worn throughout our school community, but the lucky winner will also receive a special prize!

Details:
Who can participate? All students in grades 6-12.
Deadline: All submissions are due by Thursday, September 26.
How to submit? Please fill out and submit your design using this form by the deadline.
Competition Rules: 

  • Maximum of 3 submissions per person.
  • Only use Black and Pink. You can either have a pink base with a black design or a black base with a pink design.
