 Dear Parents,

We are delighted to announce an exciting new collaboration with Ivy Camps USA. Ivy Camps USA brings world-class programs led by instructors from top U.S. universities, offering an incredible opportunity for our students to dive into creativity, critical thinking, and personal growth.

During the winter break, Ivy Camps will be offering a series of enriching camps hosted on our campus. These camps are designed to provide unique learning opportunities that focus on creativity, critical thinking, and personal development, delivered in an engaging and supportive environment.

• Reminder: Parent-Teacher Conference (Term 1)

This is a friendly reminder of our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conference for Term 1.

• Date: Wednesday, November 6th, 2024
• Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Location: IPS Campus - Individual Teachers' Classrooms
• Vision: To strengthen communication and understanding between parents and teachers, fostering the continued progress and success of our students.

Important Notes:

• Length of Sessions: 10-minute slots for each Parent-Teacher meeting.
• Students: No classes will be held for students on this day, providing them an opportunity to review their academic work and refresh.

It is our great pleasure to invite you to our Parent-Teacher Conference (Term 1). 

• Date: Wednesday, November 6th, 2024
• Time: 

1. Toddlers : From 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.
2. Pre K- A : From 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
3. Pre K- B : From 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.          

• Vision: To enhance communication and understanding between parents and teachers, with the goal of ensuring the continued progress and collective success of our students.
• Location: IPS Campus - Building A 2nd floor - Room A331/ A329

Important Notes:

• Length of Sessions: 10-minute slots for each Parent-Teacher meeting.
• Students’ attendance: The nursery will be working normally between 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Important Announcement for Grade 12 Parents - KAUST Gifted Student Program (KGSP) Admissions Opening Soon 

We are pleased to inform you of the upcoming admission period for Cohort 17 of the KAUST Gifted Student Program (KGSP), an esteemed scholarship and fellowship initiative focused on advancing STEM-focused students. The program guides exceptional students to pursue undergraduate studies at top global universities and then continue to graduate studies at KAUST, ultimately preparing them for impactful careers.

Key Details for Cohort 17: 

• Application Period: January 12 – February 8, 2025.
• Direct Admission to University: Students entering Cohort 17 will be expected to secure admission as freshmen to a recognized university without the previous Foundation Year.
• Scholarship Requirements: Applicants must apply to an approved KSA scholarship pathway, with a focus on universities listed under the Arruaad pathway.

Testing Requirements: Applicants should have a minimum SAT score of 1350 (700 in Math) and a TOEFL score of 90 (or IELTS 7.0). Meeting these minimum scores is essential for interview consideration.

For students interested in the KAUST Gifted Student Program, please ensure they prepare in advance. This unique opportunity can significantly shape their educational and professional futures.
