Summary

Assist the Marketing Specialist combines marketing and social media management skills to enhance company social media presences, including promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding marketing opportunities and creating innovative social media campaigns.

Job Duties

Assist the marketing specialist in the followings:

  1. Manage multiple social media platforms professionally and in relation with the school social media policy.
  2. Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
  3. Design graphics for all school publications.
  4. Ensure high quality copy/photography across school social media accounts and edit as necessary
  5. Build marketing department structure and create department policy.
  6. Lead the marketing department team.
  7. Encourage and respond to positive community engagement on social media
  8. Plan and implement social strategy, theme and concepts to develop innovation and marketing
  9. Design of marketing communication pieces  including overall theme development, individual
  10. Create, manage and run marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives
  11. Work on the full process of the school yearbook from designing to printing.
  12. Follow the school trends and goals to make recommendations on new initiatives
  13. Monitor rapidly evolving technologies in social media to develop and implement new functionality
  14. Record, edit and produce filmed materials as necessary
  15. Perform additional, related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Knowledge

  1. Bachelor degree
  2. Familiar with marketing and social media concepts, practice and procedures.
  3. Prior experience relevant to the role
  4. Strong creative competence
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  6. Time management skills
  7. Graphic design skills
     

Experience and Skills

  1. Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
  2. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
  3. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  4. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  5. Familiarity with Google Analytics
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
