Announcement 02: Student Registration and Grade Promotion Through Madares

Dear Parents,

As part of our commitment to meeting the Ministry of Education's registration requirements and maintaining accurate student records, we kindly ask all parents to complete the required registration or grade promotion procedures through the Madares platform for the current academic year.

This requirement applies to all students, both new and currently enrolled, and is essential to ensuring that student records are properly updated and aligned with the Noor system.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in completing this important process.

1. Registration Steps

  1. Access the Madares Platform and sign in using your parent account or Nafath. New users should select "Create Account" and choose "Parent/Guardian."
  2. If your child already appears in your account, simply review their information and complete any required procedures, including grade promotion if prompted. There is no need to submit a new enrollment application.
  3. If your child does not appear, search for International Programs School (IPS) and select "Enrollment Application / Apply to School."
  4. Complete the required information, review the details, and submit the application.

2. Important Application Guidelines

To ensure your application is processed correctly, please use the following selections:

  • Curriculum: American
  • Academic Year: Full Academic Year
  • Grade: Student's current grade
  • Interview: Select any available time slot to proceed. Attendance is not required.
  • Fees: No payment is required through the platform.
  • Contract Settings: Select "Fees Have Been Paid" and "Basic" as the contract type.

Important: Please ensure the contract settings are selected exactly as indicated above. This allows tuition payments to remain managed directly by the school and helps prevent unintended payment requests through the platform.

Once submitted, the school will review and approve the application and complete the necessary procedures in the Noor system.

3. Special Instructions for Certain Grade Levels

Kindergarten Students

Please note that the grade levels displayed on Madares correspond to our school levels as follows:

  • Level 1 = PRK
  • Level 2 = KG1
  • Level 3 = KG2

If your child is currently in KG2 and the platform does not permit registration in Level 3 due to age restrictions, please select Level 2 to complete the application under the applicable age exception.

Boys in Grades 1, 2, and 3

When selecting the school, please choose "ابتدائية مدرسة البرامج العالمية للبنات" (International Programs School – Girls' Elementary School), as these grades are administratively linked to the girls' school under the Ministry of Education.

4. Registration Support

Should you require assistance or clarification, please contact:

  • Ms. Shaikhah Al Daghfaq : Ministry of Education Registrar
  • Email: shaikhah.aldaghfaq@ipsksa.com
  • Parent Support Hours (School Days): 8:00–10:00 AM and 1:00–3:00 PM

We kindly encourage all parents to complete the required procedures at their earliest convenience to ensure accurate student records and a smooth registration process.

Thank you for your understanding, valued cooperation, and continued partnership in supporting our students' educational journey.

Warm regards,
