Announcement 01: IPS Giving Hands Food Drive

Dear Parents,

In alignment with the school’s vision to foster social responsibility and instill the values of giving in our students, International Programs School is pleased to announce the launch of the "Giving Hands" donation drive. This initiative is organized in collaboration with the Al-Baraka Charity Foundation and is led by our dedicated students, who have taken the initiative to manage the collection, sorting, and loading process.

To ensure maximum benefit for the recipient families and to facilitate the sorting and loading operations, we kindly ask for your full adherence to the specified list of food items below. Please be advised that, in accordance with the charity’s requirements, we are unable to accept any items outside of this list:

Approved Items Only:

  • Grains: Rice (5kg bags), Flour, Pasta, Lentils.
  • Canned Goods: Fava Beans, Tomato Paste.
  • Others: Sugar, Cooking Oil, Powdered Milk, Oats.

Schedule and Collection Logistics:

  • Duration: Sunday, February 8th – Sunday, February 15th, 2026.
  • Drop-off Time: Morning period (7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.).
  • Collection Points: Designated locations at Gate 1 and Gate 2.

Your commitment to these guidelines reflects our students' awareness of the importance of organized charitable work and contributes to the success of this humanitarian initiative.

Announcement 02:  Upcoming ETEC Accreditation Visit 

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to share an important milestone in the journey of International Programs School.

On Wednesday, 4 February 2026, we will be welcoming a visiting team from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) as part of the official school accreditation process.

The visit will include the following school sections:

  • Primary School
  • Girls’ Middle School
  • Girls’ Secondary School

This visit reflects our ongoing commitment to maintaining high educational standards, continuous improvement, and providing a learning environment that meets nationally recognized quality benchmarks within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are proud of the collective efforts of our academic and administrative teams, whose dedication and professionalism continue to support the growth and development of our school. We also value the strong partnership we share with you as parents, which plays an essential role in our students’ success.
