NHS Teachers Vs Seniors Charity Football Match

Dear IPS Students,

Get ready for an exciting day! On Thursday, December 5, The National Honor Society will be hosting a charity football match between teachers and seniors that you won’t want to miss!

Here’s what you need to know:

• Date: Thursday, December 5, 2024
• Time: The game will kick off at 3:15 PM.
• Tickets: For only 20 SAR (all proceeds go to charity), available for purchase in front of Building A and Building D, from 7:15-7:45, from December 1-5

This day is also Jersey Day, so come dressed in your favorite jersey to show your team spirit:

• Supporters of the teachers: Wear red.
• Supporters of the students: Wear blue.

Many of your favorite teachers will be stepping onto the field, so don’t miss the chance to cheer them on or support your fellow seniors!

All proceeds from this event will go directly to charity. Last year, your support helped us host a carnival for orphans from the local organization BENAA. Keep an eye on the IPS social media accounts to learn more about the community events we’ll be hosting this year!

Announcement 02:  Grade 3, 4 & 5 Falcons Days at IPS

Dear IPS Grade 3, 4 and 5 Families,

At IPS, we are dedicated to providing our students with the best sporting experiences in a safe and well-organized environment, and we are thrilled to announce the upcoming Falcons Days! Falcons Day, also known as Sports Day, is one of our major events where we celebrate the spirit of competition among our students in their house teams. It’s a day filled w§ith excitement, teamwork, and school pride!

The PYP Falcons Days will take place from 7:45 - 10:20 am on the following dates:

Please note that Falcons Day is a student-only event, and unfortunately, parents will not be able to attend due to logistical reasons.

Additionally, all three Falcons Day events will be designed as family-zone event types, with male PE teachers supporting the rest of the PYP team to ensure an outstanding and memorable experience for the students.

To ensure that students are prepared for an active and enjoyable day, please make sure your child brings:

• A filled water bottle
• A packed snack
• A hat for sun protection
• A plain-colored T-shirt in their house color
• Suitable trainers

After Falcons Day activities conclude, students will resume their regular school schedule for the rest of the day.
