Announcement 01: IPS Achievement 6th Place Nationwide in Qudurat

Dear Parents,

We are proud to share an outstanding academic achievement by International Programs School - Secondary Girls.

According to the official Tarteeb Index issued by the Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), IPS has achieved 6th place among all international schools across the Kingdom in the General Aptitude Test (Qudurat) – 2025.

This national ranking reflects the collective dedication of our students, the professionalism of our teaching staff, and the continuous academic support and leadership provided by the school. It also confirms the positive impact of our structured Qudurat and Tahsili preparation programs, which we will continue to strengthen and develop.

Announcement 02 : Ramadan Timing 

We want to wish all of our families a very blessed Holy Month of Ramadan as we approach this glorious month. In our intention to run a very smooth daily schedule, we would like to mention a few important details to keep in mind when preparing your child for school the Holy Month:

1. Ramadan Schedule Start Date

• Please note that the Ramadan school schedule will commence on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, regardless of the official announcement of the Holy Month.

2. School Day Timings

• School hours: 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Total school day duration: Four and a half hours.
• Primary and Secondary School Timings:

3. Class Structure

• Duration of each period: 35 minutes.
• Transition time between periods: 5 minutes.
  Breaks: One break period per day.

4. CAP Program Update

• Please note that there will be no CAP sessions during the Holy Month of Ramadan, from Sunday, February 15, 2026, until Thursday, March 26, 2026.
• CAP sessions will resume as per the regular schedule starting Sunday, March 29, 2026.

Announcement 03: IPS International Day

IPS is proud to celebrate International Day on Thursday, February 12, honoring the rich cultural diversity within our school community.

On this day, students and staff are encouraged to wear traditional attire that represents their culture or heritage. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the many backgrounds that make IPS a vibrant and inclusive environment.

All outfits must remain respectful, appropriate for a school setting, and suitable for regular learning activities.

We look forward to celebrating the cultures and traditions that make IPS truly special.
