Announcement 01: IPS Parents' Orientation Day

Dear IPS Parents & Guardians,

We are delighted to announce our annual Parents’ Orientation Day taking place on Thursday, 20th August 2026. This special occasion offers a unique opportunity for you to experience our dynamic learning community, meet me, Head of School, Dr. Peter Coles, along with our School Principals and leadership team, and tour our cutting-edge facilities.

You will also be able to visit classrooms and connect with homeroom teachers, learning assistants, and specialist teachers. For your convenience, class lists and classroom locations will be displayed in the reception area. Your attendance will not only enhance the day but will also serve as a powerful reflection of our shared dedication to securing a bright future for our children.

Please find the details of this exciting event:

• Date: Thursday, 20 August 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 am
• Finish Time: 12:00 pm
• Location: IPS Theatre and all Classrooms in buildings A, B & D.
• Entry: Entry from Gate No. 1. 
• Please note that Gate 1 will open at 09:45 am, and the campus will close after 12:30 pm.

Event Schedule:

• 10:00am - 12:00pm | All Classrooms in buildings A, B & D are open for parents and students.
• 10:00 am - 10:30 am | PYP KG1 - Grade 2 (Session 1 - in the IPS Theater)
