Announcement 01: IPS Belonging Week 2026 - January 4–8, 2026 ـ (Whole School)

As part of our IPS Spirit Month in January 2026, we are absolutely delighted to announce the launch of our first ever IPS Belonging Week 2026, a schoolwide celebration that strengthens community and identity. This week also marks the start of Term Two and the opening of admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Sunday, January 4, 2026

• Term Two Begins
• Launch of IPS Belonging Week
• IPS 2026–2027 Admissions Open
• Spirit Day: Who Can Wear the Most IPS Items? Students are encouraged to demonstrate school pride by wearing the largest number of IPS-branded items.

Monday, January 5, 2026

• Spirit Day: Anything But a Backpack Day: Students may bring their school materials in any creative container other than a backpack.

Tuesday, January 6, 2026

• Ahlan: Parent Learning and Engagement Session
• Location: Learning Centre
• Spirit Day: Jersey Day (Whole School): Students may wear the jersey of any team they support.

Wednesday, January 7, 2026

• Spirit Day: Formal Day: A day dedicated to promoting elegance, professionalism, and excellence.

Thursday, January 8, 2026

• IPS Alumni Homecoming: Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• IPS Museum Opening Ceremony: 12:30 p.m.
• Spirit Day: Wear Your House Colours Day: Students are invited to express their House pride by wearing their House colours.

Participation Invitation

IPS encourages all students to actively participate in Belonging Week and to contribute to a positive, engaging, and inclusive school environment.
Together, we celebrate what it means to be part of the IPS community.

Announcement 02: The IPS Makkah Trip (Grades 7-12) 

Dear Parents / Guardians,

We are pleased to announce a special trip to Makkah for IPS students.

The schedule is as follows:

• Boys’ School (Male): January 16 - January 18, 2026
• Girls’ School (Female): January 23 - January 25, 2026

This journey provides a valuable opportunity for students to experience spiritual growth and gain educational enrichment through performing Umrah and visiting significant Islamic landmarks in the Holy City.

• Notes:
  • Disclosure of any health conditions that may be affected by travel is required.
  • For payment purposes, students wishing to register for the trip can visit the Finance Office on the second floor of Building A.
  • The price includes VAT.
  • The final deadline on Wednesday,  December  17, 2025.
