Activation of Digital Canteen Payment Service in Collaboration with Baba Khabbaz & WAKI

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the services provided to our students and ensuring a safe and convenient experience in the school canteen, we are pleased to announce the activation of the Digital Canteen Payments Service through WAKI.
This service is introduced as part of the solutions offered by Baba Khabbaz, the official operator of the school canteen, in collaboration with the WAKI application.

Through this system, parents can:

• Fund their child’s digital wallet.
• Set a daily spending limit.
• Monitor their child’s purchases in the school canteen.
• Enable various payment methods, including facial recognition, card, wristband, or QR code.

Login credentials will be sent to you via SMS using the mobile number registered with the school.

• The service will be fully operational in both the Boys’ and Girls’ School canteens starting Sunday, 7 December 2025.

Professional Learning Day for IPS Staff

Dear IPS Parents,

As part of our commitment to lifelong learning, aligned with the school's vision & mission, we are dedicated to the continual professional development of our staff. With this in mind, we have scheduled two Professional Development Days for all of our employees during the academic year. 

Please mark your calendars for the following dates:

• First PD day: Sunday, December 7, 2025.
• Second PD day: Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

On these dates, the school will be closed to students, giving them an extended period of rest and renewal. This will allow them to return after the break with greater energy and enthusiasm, fully ready to engage in learning with refreshed motivation.

Spirit Day: Wear Arabic Letters

As part of our celebration of the Arabic language and cultural identity at IPS, we are pleased to announce a special Spirit Day event that will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

On this day, we invite all students to participate by wearing one of the following:

• Traditional Arabic clothing, representing the beauty and diversity of our cultures.
• A T-shirt featuring Arabic letters or meaningful Arabic words/phrases, celebrating the richness of our language.

This day aims to transform our school environment into a vibrant, artistic space that reflects pride in our heritage and the beauty of the Arabic language.

We look forward to seeing the creativity of our students and celebrating this special occasion together.

Partnership Agreement Signing Between International Programs School and Strategy Tennis Academy

On Thursday, 4 December 2025, International Programs School (IPS) signed a partnership agreement with Strategy Sports – Tennis Academy to launch a Tennis Academy within IPS facilities. This initiative introduces professional tennis training programs delivered by qualified coaches, supporting IPS’s commitment to promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle in alignment with the school’s vision and Saudi Vision 2030.

Registration & Target Groups

• Priority registration will be offered to IPS students, with a special discount rate dedicated to IPS families.
• Details regarding registration dates, program schedules, and fees will be announced soon.
• Registration will also be open to the local community for all age groups.
• Training programs include:
  
  • Girls’ programs at the tennis court in the Girls’ School – Building D.
  • Boys’ programs at the tennis court in the Boys’ School – Building D.
• This collaboration aims to deliver a high-quality sports experience, nurture tennis talent, and strengthen IPS’s role as a community hub supporting fitness and overall well-being.
