Device Readiness for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Dear Parents,

As part of the International Programs School's (IPS) ongoing commitment to ensuring that every student is fully prepared for a successful start to the 2026–2027 academic year, we kindly ask all parents to complete the Student Device Readiness Survey.

The purpose of this survey is to:

• Assess each student's device readiness for the upcoming academic year.
• Ensure that student devices meet the school's educational and technology requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to families who may need to purchase a new device.

Important Note

IPS strongly recommends that all students in Grades 1–5 use a Google Chromebook. Chromebooks are fully integrated with our learning platforms, curriculum resources, and security systems, providing a safe, managed, and effective learning environment for students.

Your timely response will assist us in planning effectively for the upcoming school year and ensuring that all students have access to the appropriate technology and support from the first day of school.

Summer Office Hours

We hope you and your family are enjoying a wonderful summer break.

Please be advised that the IPS Administration Office will operate on adjusted summer office hours from Sunday, 28 June 2026, until Thursday, 6 August 2026.

• Period: 28 June – 6 August 2026
  Summer Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

During this period, members of our Administration Team will be available on campus to assist you with admissions, registration, student services, general enquiries, and any support you may require in preparation for the new academic year.

From Sunday, 9 August 2026, the school will resume its regular office hours:

• 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
