Dear IPS Parents & Guardians,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to our Parent-Teacher Conference (Term 1). 

  • Date: Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
  • Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Vision: To enhance communication and understanding between parents and teachers, with the goal of ensuring the continued progress and collective success of our students.
  • Location: IPS Campus - Individual Teachers' Classrooms.
  • Deadline for Registration: Tuesday, 4 November 2025, 2:00 p.m.

Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-up (for details on how to sign up, please click here):

Parents of Grade KG-G5 students:

Length of Sessions: 15-minute slots for each Parent-Teacher meeting.

Homeroom Teacher: You will receive a sign-up link directly from your child’s Homeroom Teacher.

All PYP Specialist Teachers: PYP Islamic, KSA Social Studies, Arabic, IT, Art, and PE.

  • Morning Sign-up: Link.

  • Primary School: Grade KG-G5 students: No students will attend school on this day. 

Parents of Grade 6-12 Boys and Girls students in Middle and High School: 

  • Length of Sessions: 10-minute slots for each Parent-Teacher meeting.

Secondary School: Grade 6 - 12 Students: No students will attend school on this day, and this will provide them with a chance to review their academic work and rejuvenate their minds.

Announcement 02:  KAUST Mathematics Competition 2025–2026

We are pleased to announce that our students are invited to participate in the KAUST Mathematics Competition, a prestigious national competition organized by King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

The competition is open to students in Grades 8 to 11, both Saudi nationals and residents, studying in schools across the Kingdom.

This national initiative aims to:

  • Develop students’ higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Foster a genuine passion for mathematics and logical reasoning.
  • Provide a valuable academic platform for talented students to connect with future opportunities through KAUST Academy.

Registration Fee: SAR 100 per student
 Registration Deadline: November 9, 2025
 First Round: December 13, 2025 (held in 8 cities across Saudi Arabia)
 Final Round: April 3–5, 2026 at KAUST, Thuwal

KAUST will cover travel, accommodation, and meals for finalists. Winners will receive financial prizes, scholarships, and opportunities to join KAUST and Cambridge Summer Math Camps, along with special recognition for teachers whose students achieve top results.

Please be informed that there will be no IPS Co-Academic Activities Program (CAP) on Monday, November 5, 2025, due to the Parent-Teacher Conference. Regular CAP activities will resume as usual the following week.
