Saudi National Day Celebration 

It is with great pleasure that we announce the IPS Saudi National Day Celebration on September 19th.

During these four days, IPS learners will have the opportunity to honor the Kingdom's achievements and learn about future projects under the 2030 vision as they will engage in fun activities promoting the love of Saudi Arabia. 

Please find below a  list of activities and events happening for our Secondary School  learners during these days:

Wednesday, September 18, 2024

• What: Saudi National Day Performance.
• Who: MOE Representatives, 9-12 Girls students
• Where: IPS Theater
• Time: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Thursday, September 19, 2024

1)What: Dress in traditional Saudi costumes

• Who: All school
• Where: Classrooms
• Important Notes: Send your child to school with a Jalabiya, Abaya, thob, or traditional Saudi outfit.

2) What: Movie Time – Short movies about KSA

• Who: K-1 Students
• Where: AIK Classes

3)What: Saudi National Day Performance

• Who: 3-4 Boys, 3-8 Girls
• Where: IPS Theater
• Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

4)What: Saudi National Day Performance

• Who: 5-12 Boys
• Where: IPS Theater
• Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Half Day on Thursday Sep 19th for Saudi National Day: 

It is our pleasure to celebrate the Saudi National day with our students on Thursday the 19th of September! 

Please remember the following: 

• Dismissal will be at 12:00 pm- please arrange transportation accordingly. 
• All students are welcome to dress in Saudi National Dress or green. If not, they will need to come in the school uniform.

IPS School Team Tryouts for the New Academic Year

Welcome to the new academic year! We are thrilled to announce the first round of tryouts for our IPS school teams. Our goal is to offer students the opportunity to engage in sports, experience healthy competition, and develop their skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Please take note of the following key points:

• Tryouts and Team Selection: The final team roster will be announced on Thursday,3rd of October 2024. Training sessions will commence the following week. Each selected team member will receive a letter with detailed information.
• Student Participation: We encourage all students to participate in the tryouts, as this is a great opportunity for them to showcase their talents.
• School Team Google Form: Please ensure the School Team Google form is completed for each child and submitted by Thursday, 19th of September 2024.

Primary School:

Invitation to Student Council Induction Ceremony

It is with great pleasure that we announce the upcoming Induction Ceremony for our newly elected Student Council Representatives. This event marks a significant milestone in your journey as leaders within our school community.

The ceremony will include your formal induction, followed by a brief reception. We believe that the support of your parents/guardians is crucial in nurturing your leadership qualities. Therefore, we kindly ask that you inform your parents/guardians about the event and invite them to join us as we recognize and celebrate your achievements.

 F1® in Schools 2025: Open Call - Ithraa 

Why should you register in F1® in Schools?

If you’re a student between the ages of 16 and 18, this program is designed for you. It inspires you to learn about the dynamics of real F1® teams and apply them in practical, imaginative, competitive, and exciting ways.

Timeline

1. Open call started on: July 8, 2024.
2. Selection date: Nov 20, 2024.
3. Program Starting Date: Dec 4, 2024.

“F1 in Schools" is a global educational program that aims to raise awareness of STEM and Formula 1 among students in every region, country, and continent. Students are challenged and inspired through a STEM-based learning program covering topics such as physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacturing, branding, graphics, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills, and financial strategy. The students will then apply what they learn in a practical, imaginative, exciting, and competitive environment that echoes a scaled-down version of an F1 team.

This is to inform you that registration is now open. Kindly note the information below: 

• Program: F1® in Schools 3rd round.
• Registration Period: Registration is now Available.
• Program timings: An intensive program 3 days a week from 5.00-8.00 p.m. to train students interested in the automotive industry and competing globally.
• Targeted Students: Grade 9 - Grade 11 Boys and Girls students.
