Dear Parents,

The IPS team is proud and excited to launch the Co-Academic Activities Program (CAP) for the academic year 2025–2026.

Through this program, our students will have the opportunity to explore new experiences, unlock their creativity, and develop skills that go beyond the classroom. From fostering teamwork and building leadership to inspiring innovation and self-confidence, CAP is more than just activities; it is a journey of growth that prepares our Falcons to soar higher than ever.

We are proud to grant our students this opportunity to learn, create, and shine in new ways.

Registration Information

• How to Register: Through the IPS Website - Register Here
• Opens: Thursday, 25 Sept 2025
• Deadline: Thursday, 15 January 2026 (Trial week included before final lists)
• First-Come, First-Served: Enrollment is secured only after registration.

Swap/Withdraw Policy:

• Allowed only within the first week
• Same-day registration does not permit same-day attendance
• Withdrawals should be requested by email: admin@ipsksa.com

Ramadan Schedule Notice

• Please note that there will be no CAP sessions during the month of Ramadan, from
  Sunday, 15 February 2026 until Thursday, 26 March 2026.
• CAP sessions will resume as per the schedule starting Sunday, 29 March 2026.

Safety & Operational Information

• Dismissal Point: Gate 2 only
• Pick-Up Time: 3:50 pm sharp (no supervision beyond club time)
• Office Closing Time: 4:00 pm
• Siblings: No supervision for siblings not enrolled in a club; they must leave at the regular dismissal time

Announcement 02:  IPS Falcon_Falcon Houses 2025-2026.

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to announce the implementation of the House System for the 2025–2026 academic year, as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering belonging, teamwork, leadership, and positive school spirit within a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

House System

All students have been thoughtfully allocated to one of four Houses, to which they will belong throughout the academic year. Through their Houses, students will participate in academic, sporting, and social activities, as well as earn House Points.

To help you identify the House to which your child belongs, this information will be shared directly through your child’s Homeroom Teacher.

As part of IPS Spirit Month – January 2026, we are delighted to announce the launch of our first-ever IPS Belonging Week 2026, a whole-school celebration focused on strengthening community, identity, and pride in being part of IPS.

Important Note – House Colours Day

• Please note that Thursday, January 8, 2026, will be dedicated to wearing House colours.
• All students are invited to wear the official colour of their assigned House, celebrating House pride, belonging, and unity across our school community.
• IPS encourages all students to actively participate in Belonging Week and contribute to a positive, engaging, and inclusive school environment.

Together, we celebrate what it truly means to belong at IPS.

We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for Strategy Tennis Academy, starting Sunday, 4 January 2026, as part of the official partnership between International Programs School (IPS) and Strategy Tennis Academy.

This initiative brings professional tennis training programs delivered by qualified coaches within IPS facilities, supporting our commitment to student well-being, physical fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.
