CAP Starts Soon – Registration Is Still Open!

Dear Parents,
This is a friendly reminder to register your child for the IPS Co-Academic Activities Programme (CAP) for the 2026-2027 academic year. CAP allows students to explore their interests, try something new, and develop skills beyond the classroom. This year, the programme will run as a single block across two terms.

General Information

• Program Name: IPS Co-Academic Activities Program (CAP) – 2026–2027
• Term 1: From the week beginning Sunday, 27 September 2026, to the week beginning Sunday, 15 November 2026.
• Term 2: From the week beginning Sunday, 10 January 2027, to the week beginning Sunday, 31 January 2027.

Club Days & Times:

• Primary (Grades 1–5): Monday | 15:00 – 15:45
• Secondary (Girls, Grades 6–12): Wednesday | 15:00 – 15:45
• Secondary (Boys, Grades 6–12): Wednesday | 15:00 – 15:45

Registration Information: To complete your registration, please click 

• Deadline:  Wednesday, 30 September 2026 (Trial week included before final lists)
• First-Come, First-Served: Enrollment is secured only after registration.

Swap/Withdraw Policy:

• Allowed only within the first week
• Same-day registration does not permit same-day attendance

Schedule Notice:

• Please note that there will be no CAP sessions during the month of December 2026.
• CAP sessions will resume as per the schedule starting Sunday, 10 January 2027.

Safety & Operational Information:

• Dismissal Point: Gate 2 only.
• Pick-Up Time: 3:45 pm sharp (no supervision beyond club time).
• Office Closing Time: 4:00 pm.
• Siblings: No supervision for siblings not enrolled in a club; they must leave at the regular dismissal time.

Announcement 02: STEM Racing KSA 2027 _ 6th Cycle Registration Open

Dear IPS Parents and Students,

We are delighted to announce that registration for the 6th Cycle of STEM Racing KSA is now open.

Sponsored by the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), STEM Racing KSA is a global educational program designed to inspire students through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and the world of Formula 1®.

We are also proud to highlight that International Programs School (IPS) is the official STEM Racing KSA training hub in Dhahran for this cycle.

Why Join STEM Racing KSA?

Through this exciting program, students will develop and apply skills in:

• Physics and aerodynamics
• Engineering design and manufacturing
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Participation Criteria

• Open to boys and girls in Grades 9, 10, and 11
• Open to students from all nationalities
• Training and program activities are conducted in English
• Students must be prepared to commit to an intensive training program of approximately six months
• Applicants will be interviewed and selected by a jury of experts

Following the successful launch of our strategic partnership with Almaharat World for Education Company, International Programs School (IPS) is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the upcoming:

Climb Junior (Arabic)

A Training Journey in Public Speaking, Communication & Leadership

Designed especially for boys and girls aged 7–12, Climb Junior provides an engaging and interactive learning experience that helps children become more confident, expressive, and effective communicators.

What Will Your Child Develop?

Through practical activities, guided training, and interactive experiences, the program aims to help students:

• Speak confidently and clearly in front of an audience
• Strengthen self-confidence and personal presence
• Develop effective communication and expression skills
• Improve critical thinking and decision-making
• Build foundational leadership skills
