We trust that this communication finds you well during this blessed Holy Month of Ramadan. We are all aware of the current regional context and recognise that this may be placing an additional burden on wellbeing. This may be further felt by continued onsite attendance at school, alongside the observance of Ramadan. We feel there is a clear and immediate way in which we can support you.
Accordingly, we have decided that Sunday 8th, Monday 9th, and Tuesday 10th March 2026 will be asynchronous learning days. This means that no students or staff are required to attend school onsite on these days.
Teachers will prepare learning materials that students can access at any time from Thursday 5th March onwards, and all assigned work should be completed before we return to school on Sunday 29th March 2026.
We always remain absolutely and totally committed to our academic calendar and to ensuring the continuity and quality of student learning. Equally, we are deeply committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of our community, and these two priorities will always be held in careful balance.
We trust that this decision will be welcomed and understood in the spirit in which it is made. We wish you a continued blessed Ramadan, and we keep our entire community in our thoughts and prayers.
